Even though we are a small facility we are not lax in our integrity. Family owned & operated, we meticulously adhered to higher than average standards.
If other facilities won’t accommodate you, your pet, or both, due to lack of, or non use of flea, tick, heartworm, or intestinal parasite control, or have a current shot record, then be assured that we are even less likely.
We have dedicated a lifetime to the caring of, and dealing with pets. The health and safety of each individual pet that comes to us is paramount. Our impeccable track record speaks for itself.
Our website is clear, concise, current, and accurate. If you hold back information on your pet, and then tell us, or we see a problem when you arrive, you will quite likely be refused service.
We work by appointment only. To confirm a reservation we must have theday & time of drop off and pick up.
You can choose the timethe pet is dropped off and picked up anytime within our hours of operation.
We schedule our training, and other appointments around our boarding appointments. The time you give for a pet
drop off or pick up is the time we will be available at the kennel. We allow a 30 minute window.
If you arrive outside of that given time, we may be off site assisting another customer at their scheduled appointment.
During peak times, or when we are full, if you do not arrive at the time you provide, your spot will be given to the
next person on the waiting list. Even with a deposit. The deposit will guarantee and hold a spot ONLY for that time
given.We will not call or notify you of this, so please be prompt.
New and existing clients may be asked to leave a $50.00 deposit when scheduling a reservation.
If your plans change and you will not be boarding, please notify us.
Tentative Booking. This means: if you wish to book, but are not sure you will be boarding with us, but want the space
held just in case. In addition, if a tour is requested after booking the reservation, the reservation will not be booked.
A$50.00 non-refundable deposit will be required for a Tentative Booking.
Two or more dogs boarding together in the same enclosure must be able to free feed, (food is left down all the time), and eat together without incident.
If they are not on a free feed regimen, they must be boarded in separate enclosures. If a problem occurs during boarding, dogs will be placed in separate enclosures. Full price for each enclosure will apply.
There are no after hour public services at this facility.
Even though we live on site, we have set office hours.
We are not able to reopen the kennel to receive or release a pet after hours - even if you call ahead of time to say
you are running late, but are on your way.
Keep in mind, we leave right at closing to arrive on time for our training classes or other scheduled appointments.
**If you arrive after hours on Saturday, you will not be able to pick up your pet until Monday.
In addition, you will be charged for Saturday night and Sunday night.**
**If your plans are to leave early Monday morning before our facility opens, the pet will need to be dropped off
no later than 4:45 Saturday evening. In addition, you will be charged for Saturday night and Sunday night.**

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday. 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday.

New clients must arrive no later than 1 hour prior to closing time.
CLOSED: Sunday. THERE IS NO DROP OFF OR PICK UP ON SUNDAY

Holiday Policy: Example:If Monday is a holiday and you return Saturday evening after hours, you will be charged for Saturday night,
Sunday night, and Monday night. In addition, you would not be able to pick up your pet until Tuesday.
Holiday Cancellations: must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a full refund of the deposit.
Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
This includes same day reservations and reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival. Holiday deposit: $50.00.
Non-Holiday Cancellations: must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a full refund of the deposit.

Payment for pets that we will be delivering: If the boarding bill has not been pre-paid at time of drop off, owners will now be required to pay, by credit card, before the pet is put into our vehicle for delivery.
Tours are scheduled by appointment. If you drop in unannounced, and we are busy, we will not be able to accommodate
No tours are given one week before or during a holiday.
Please remember to bring your leash when you come to pick up your dog.
It is recommended, but not necessary that dogs participating in Interactive Daycare for more than 3 days receive a bath on the return date. It is also recommended, but not necessary that dogs boarded 5 days or longer not participating in Interactive Daycare receive a bath on the return date. Bath cost is not included in the boarding fee.
We must have a current vaccination hard copy for our files. Veterinarian certificate required upon arrival. Shots required: Dog shots required are: DH(A²)LPP, Bordetella ( kennel cough), and Rabies. Cat shots required are: FCRVP, and Rabies
Pets must be current on flea and tick medication. Pets must be free of intestinal parasites.
Pets are checked for fleas & ticks upon arrival. If fleas are found, the pet will receive a flea treatment at owners expense.
Pets with ticks will not be permitted
