Since there are so many different brands and varieties of dog foods, there is no one food we can provide that any of our boarders can eat without possibly causing an upset stomach from switching the food abruptly.
Therefore, you must bring your dog's regular food from home. You can either put the required daily amount in labeled baggies, or bring the whole bag, or bags along with feeding instructions.
There is no charge for feeding. Treats are also provided at no charge.

Payment: Payment is to be made in full when pet is picked up. No pet will be released unless fees are paid in full. Dogs scheduled for home delivery (with no one home) must pre-pay for service. If you are unsure as to how long your pet will be boarded, you will be required to pre-pay for a 30 day period. Any overpayment will be promptly refunded.
Total Fees Amounting to $1,000.00 or more will also be pre-paid regardless of number of days boarded.
Type of payment: We accept personal checks, credit cards, money orders, traveler checks, bank notes, and cash. We do not accept third party checks. We do not accept post dated checks. A $25.00 service charge on all NSF checks.
Type of payment is at kennel owner's discretion.
Long Term Boarding: Clients boarding a pet 30 days or longer are required to pre-pay. If a pet is initially checked in without a definite departure date, even with the intention of boarding less than 30 days, a full 30 day payment must be made at time of check in. Any overpayment will be refunded.
A valid Credit Card must be provided for our file. Fees will automatically be deducted from the account at the beginning of each pay period. Payment is to be made when pet is checked in. Any over payment will be refunded.
If payment is not received on the due date, you will be notified by phone. If payment is not received 5 (five) days after due date, it will be assumed that pet has been abandoned and ownership of said pet relinquished. No further contact will be deemed necessary. At this point said pet will be surrendered to the local animal shelter.
Total Fees Amounting to $1,000.00 or more will also be pre-paid regardless of number of days boarded.

Extras:
Pets must be current (within a month) on a flea and tick preventative prior to entering the premises.
Dogs found to have fleas upon entering will receive a dose of Frontline Plus or Capstar at owners expense.
Dogs found to have ticks will not be permitted to board at this facility.
Ticks found on any pet after being dropped off will immediately be will be brought to, and boarded at the Veterinarian.
Frontline Plus: Cats: $16.00 • Dogs up to 22 lbs. $16.00 • 23 to 44 lbs. $17.50 • 45 to 88 lbs. $19.00 • 89 to 132 lbs. $22.00
Capstar: Dogs under 25 pounds $8.00 Dogs over 25 pounds $10.00
Medication:........................ .50¢ per time. No extra charge for multiple doses given at the same time.
Shots................................. $3.00 per time.
Bedding Wash......................$3.00. Bedding brought from home will be washed on the pets return date. However, we do provide thick orthopedic lamb wool covered beds free of charge.

Our boarders have access to an acre of natural yard to run and play in several times a day. They can get smelly and dirty very quickly, especially if they participate in our interactive daycare activities. However, we want our boarders to go home fresh and clean. Because of this we recommend that:
All dogs boarding with us 3 days or longer (Interactive Daycare) or 5 days (Private Yard) receive a bath on the return date.
Bath prices are not included in our boarding rates, but is a separate charge.
