have access to a full acre outdoor area at 4 hour intervals day and evenings.

To avoid digestive upset we ask that you bring your dog's regular food from home. You can either put the required daily amount in labeled baggies, or bring the whole bag, or bags along with feeding instructions.
Treats are provided at no charge.

Cat enclosure measures 3'x5'.
NOTE: Until our Cat building is finished, Cats are currently being housed, and have
full use of the entire Luxury Suite.
Cat care includes litter box, litter, hard food, and canned food.

Food, enclosure, and bedding must accompany the pet.

Extras:
Pets must be current (within a month) on a flea and tick preventative prior to entering the premises.
Dogs found to have fleas upon entering will receive a dose of Frontline Plus or Capstar at owners expense.
Dogs found to have ticks will not be permitted to board at this facility.
Ticks found on any pet after being dropped off will immediately be will be brought to, and boarded at the Veterinarian.
Frontline Plus: Cats: $16.00 • Dogs up to 22 lbs. $16.00 • 23 to 44 lbs. $17.50 • 45 to 88 lbs. $19.00 • 89 to 132 lbs. $22.00
Capstar: Dogs under 25 pounds $10.00 Dogs over 25 pounds $15.00
Medication:........................ .50¢ per time. No extra charge for multiple doses given at the same time.
No charge if given in the dog's food.
Shots................................. $3.00 per time.
Bedding Wash......................$3.00. If requested, bedding from home will be washed on the pets return date.
However, we do provide thick orthopedic lamb wool covered beds free of charge.

We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Credit Cards, Travlers Checks, and Money Orders.
|
We do not accept third party checks or post dated checks. A $35.00 service charge on all NSF checks.

Payment is to be made in full when pet is picked up.
No pet will be released unless fees are paid.
Dogs scheduled for home delivery must pre-pay prior to us heading out.
If you are unsure as to how long your pet will be boarded, you will be required to pre-pay for a 30 day period,
and provide us with a valid credit card for our file. Any overpayment will be promptly refunded.
Dogs boarding 30 days or longer will receive a discount.
Total Fees Amounting to $1,000.00 or more, regardless of number of days boarded, will also be pre-paid.
Long Term Boarding
Clients boarding a pet 30 days or longer are required to pre-pay when the pet is checked in. Each additional payment will automatically be deducted at the beginning of each pay period from a valid credit card provided to us for our file.
Any over payment will be refunded.
If payment is not received on the due date, you will be notified by phone, e-mail, and, or text. If payment is not received 5 (five) days after due date, it will be assumed that pet has been abandoned and ownership of said pet relinquished. No further contact will be deemed necessary. At this point said pet will be surrendered to the local animal shelter.

Bath prices are not included in our boarding rates.
|
Our boarders have access to an acre of natural yard to run and play in several times a day. They can get smelly and dirty very quickly, especially if they participate in our interactive daycare activities.
It is not necessary, but recommended that dogs boarding with us 3 days or longer (Interactive Daycare) or 5 days (Private Yard) receive a bath on the return date.
Bath prices are not included in our boarding rates, but is a separate charge.
